Variado y suculento. El paisaje de la Cuenca es as\u00ed. Y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n de productores agroalimentarios de la Conca de Barber\u00e0, impulsada en 2016 por los art\u00edfices de Aromis, Vidbertus, Especialidades Cobo y Trufa de la Conca, un hecho. Hecho en la Cuenca, concretamente. La actual cooperativa de servicios y marca da valor y voz a varios artesanos, peque\u00f1os y templados, de una tierra de monasterios, catedrales del vino y azafr\u00e1n \u2014especia capital desde la edad media y hasta principios del siglo xx, sobre todo en el pueblo de Rocafort de Queralt. Formada inicialmente por 14 productores, hoy son 24 los asociados que aporten a la causa las referencias que quieren a una espl\u00e9ndida agrotienda -que autogestionen en lo que va de a\u00f1o- situada en Montblanc, capital medieval. Se suman otros que no est\u00e1n asociados, pero que ya vend\u00edan los productos bajo el paraguas de gestiones anteriores.
